Identify the Emergency:

Examples include major leaks, loss of heat or power, or any situation posing a danger to health or property.

Contact Us Immediately:

After Hours:

Call our office at 541-664-3187. Follow the phone prompts for a maintenance emergency. It will ask you to leave a message.

Please make sure to include your name, address, phone number, and a description of the situation so we can contact you back.
